Today's Delicacy: Eba with Melted Cheese




Yo! Wait! WHAT!!!..Like EBA! EBA!! EBA!!! Okay Tunes, stop being dramatic. Food combination on another level, as today's delicacy is EBA WITH MELTED CHEESE. This is the idea, its not just the cheese, it is the melted cheese in replace of stew or soup. 



Eba is a staple food eaten in West Africa sub region and beyond. it is made from dried grated cassava (manioc) flour, commonly known as garri. While the melted cheese is made from cheese itself.
