Its a new day Fam, wondering what to eat!? wondering what combo to have as lunch!? what do we have on our table...YAM with OKRO/OKRA SAUCE! Yassss!!! lol. What does this taste like? 😋😋 I wonder how it tastes though. White or Yellow well prepared Yam with your Okro/Okra sauce spiced up with spinach or pumpkin leaf, you can add your garden egg as well, Chhiiiiii what a combo!!😇😇
We have our Yam from the family of Carbohydrate and the Okro/Okra soup which falls into the vegatable family as the Vitamin. Nice combination if you ask me. This combination is well known in the South East. What are you waiting for!? Lets try this 😅😅😅
